Mr. Tand is the founding member of this law firm and is an aggressive and skilled litigator in all aspects of litigation, a well versed negotiator of business transactions, and a talented legal tactician. Mr. Tand’s experience includes both federal and state jury trials, arbitration hearings and trials before administrative agencies. Mr. Tand has also successfully mediated and settled numerous cases on behalf of his clients for substantial dollar amounts.
He has extensive experience in the fields of civil rights law, employment law, general civil litigation, complex civil litigation, personal injury, education law, and white collar fraud litigation. Since graduating from Hofstra University School of Law, Mr. Tand has developed an expertise and a passion for civil rights and employment law. Prior to opening his own firm, he represented various fortune 500 companies and fought against white collar crime. He opened this firm with the clear intent to help those who have had their rights violated. Mr. Tand has also appeared on numerous media outlets discussing employment and civil rights issues.
